Tech Start-Up Music2text Wins Digital Shoreditch Capital Day

Music2text also scoops up bonus prize from event sponsor Blick Rothenberg Chartered Accountants London, 28th May 2012 – Technology start-up Music2text has beaten 40 start ups to win Best Pitch at Digital Shoreditch Capital Day. Music2text were also awarded Best Presentation, presented by Kam Star, Founder of Digital Shoreditch and additionally, the company received a bonus prize from Blick Rothenberg Chartered Accountants, one of the event’s sponsors, which will provide Music2text with enterprise class funding and corporate structure advice.The 40 start-up technology companies across all industries were invited to pitch their concept to attending venture capitalists and angel investors, an event that is part of the Digital Shoreditch festival.   Music2text’s concept is to give labels and artists the ability to sell or promote single tracks and ringtones directly to consumers, using tried-and-tested SMS technology.
