20 September, London:- British Pop legends, Madness have signed to Acton’s favourite  independent label Cooking Vinyl for a world services deal. The agreement sees Cooking Vinyl enter a joint venture with Madness’ own Lucky 7 Records for their 10th studio album, ‘Oui, Oui, Si, Si, Ja, Ja, Da, Da’.The labels have enlisted the help of Hungry & Woods director Wolfie (The Prodigy, Ron Sexsmith, The Enemy, Example, Lost Prophets and Labrinth) for their radio plugging, Dawbell PR for online and print press and Non Stop Promotions MD, Niki Sanderson for their particularly exciting TV plot, due to unravel over the coming months.The album will be heavily toured throughout November and December on a 13-date arena tour, which includes two shows at London's 02 Arena and the iTunes festival (September 27th). Full tour dates below.In an interesting marketing stroke, the day Madness play the iTunes festival (27 September) the band will take over Camden’s The Monarch and the pub will change its name to ‘The Madness’. Between 5-8pm all present will enjoy the first public airing of ‘Oui, Oui, Si, Si, Ja, Ja, Da, Da’ and following the show from 11pm-2am the pub will host the official Madness after party.Lucky 7/ Cooking Vinyl have licensed the album to E1 for release in the US/Canada, and to Embassy Of Music for release in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, with licensees and distribution partners being finalised for other territories.Said Hugh Gadsdon, Manager, Madness “We are delighted to be working with Martin, Rob & the entire CV team.
