Proper Tops ERA Survey

- Best average rating in poll of key retailers- Highest score for Reliability, Customer service, Packaging and Availability levelsLondon, 13th January, 2014: Proper Music Distribution has come out top of a poll conducted by the Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA), with retailers asked to rate the UK’s leading physical distributors. The company was the highest rated overall, as well as achieving the highest scores for each separate category surveyed, comprising reliability levels, customer service, packaging and availability levels.The anonymous survey was run by ERA with over 50 retailers participating.Proper’s average rating was the highest, out of a range from 7.4 to 5.6.
