Placebo Partners With Kobalt Label Services In Groundbreaking New Digital Catalogue Deal
London:- Kobalt Label Services (KLS) and Placebo have signed a global, digital services agreement of a new kind for the iconic British alternative rock band’s catalogue.The alliance will see Placebo’s first six studio albums, from their eponymous debut to 2009’s “Battle For The Sun” – as well as a plethora of associated audio and visual archive material spanning their 20 year career – distributed and monetised globally by KLS.KLS will provide the band with a wide range of bespoke digital services, such as global digital marketing expertise, hands-on project management and maximisation of their YouTube reach and income. Placebo will also benefit from Kobalt’s transparent reporting and access to analytics, via its recently-launched Client Portal.
