The Association of Independent Music (AIM) has appointed Silvia Montello as its new CEO.

The UK’s Association of Independent Music (AIM) announced two new initiatives to support entrepreneurship in the independent music sector at its Annual General Meeting in Manchester. Held at YES live music venue, and also live streamed, AIM’s first AGM outside London was themed “Taking Independents to the Next Level.”

Paul Pacifico will leave the UK’s Association of Independent Music (AIM) at the end of 2022. His decision marks the end of his second three-year term as CEO and the delivery of several long-term strategic goals.
